When you consider which RV you are going to purchase, there are a lot of different factors that come into play. One thing that varies greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer is the warranty. Not only how long the warranty lasts, but what’s included, and does it only cover the original owner or is the warranty transferrable to any subsequent owners? At Encore RV, we are extremely confident in the products that we build, and we back them with one of the best warranties in the industry.
Every Encore RV is covered by a transferrable 2-Year Bumper to Hitch Warranty plus a 5-Year Structural Warranty. We don’t believe that our warranty is in place to cover the owner…it’s there to cover the camper we built. That’s why we offer one of the very few transferrable warranties in the industry. If you should ever sell your Encore RV the next owner can take full advantage of any remaining warranty at no additional cost to them or you. All they have to do is register the camper in their name with Encore RV through our online registration and they’re all set…it’s that easy.

Register Your Encore
Now that you own an Encore RV, it’s time to register your camper so you can take full advantage of our unmatched warranty protection. If you are the original owner of your Encore RV, please click on the link below labeled “ORIGINAL OWNER REGISTRATION”, fill in the information and hit submit. If you’ve purchased your Encore RV pre-owned, please click on the link below labeled ” PRE-OWNED REGISTRATION”, fill in the information and hit submit.
And just like that, you’re Encore RV is registered with us and you’re able to take advantage of the warranty protection that we provide. Encore RV Warranty
You’ve heard the old saying…”what the big print giveth, the small print taketh way.” Well, we believe you’re going to be surprised, at Encore RV we believe in giving you what we say we’re giving you and that’s the best warranty in the industry. So, while there are certainly limitations to our warranty, they’re pretty much the common-sense details that our attorney’s required us to include. Making a Warranty Claim?
First, make certain that you have registered your trailer with Encore RV, this verifies ownership and puts you in our system. If you have a warranty claim, please do the following:
- Notify an authorized Encore RV dealer within the warranty time period;
- If you are traveling or unable to reach your authorized Encore RV dealer, please reach out directly to Encore RV at 574-327-6540;
- Provide notification within 10 days of discovering the defect;
- Schedule the service and return the trailer to the authorized Encore RV dealer, Encore RV, or the facility that Encore RV authorized for repairs.
