Thank you for expressing an interest in becoming an authorized Encore RV dealer.  We are a recreational vehicle manufacturer dedicated to providing the absolute highest quality trailers in the industry.  In doing so, we sell our products exclusively through our dedicated dealer network.

Encore RV is committed to maintaining the absolute highest quality, fit and finish in the industry.  Our goal is not to build the most trailers in our industry, but rather continue to build the best trailers.  In order for this to be possible, we have a limited number of dealership authorizations available each year.  We look for the following when considering a new Encore RV dealership:

By our signature below, we hereby certify the following:

We understand that a stipulation for becoming an authorized Encore RV dealer is we must carry the minimum stocking level of units as agreed upon by Encore RV and our dealership. We understand that a stipulation for becoming and maintaining status as an authorized Encore RV dealer is we must properly maintain any Encore RV that is purchased for sale by our dealership (including consistent lot maintenance to keep the units in the best possible condition). We agree to have a service facility and provide warranty service for the products that we sell. The foregoing information given to support this application is true and accurate and we agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions. Permission is granted to verify the above statements.
